Online article marketing has worked endlessly but most articles out there often don't really catch the eyes of readers and end up losing traffic and just taking up space. I once heard someone say, "always write something you'd be proud of". Meaning don't try to B.S. the content of article marketing and just waste online data space.

Mistake #1: Failure to do article marketing keyword research -

Article marketing thrives on the search engines finding the certain words and keywords to give to prospective customers. If your article isn't filled with strong keyword researched words and phrases, it's essentially a dead article. I know keyword research in essence seems difficult but it isn't when you are able to write good articles and blast your content out there. Be faithful your article will get read and most of all PATIENT! Don't expect people to search your keywords within minutes, you need to take your time and plan out what you can each and every article.


Mistake #2: Failure to write GOOD content -

There's no way around this one. You don't write anything relevant or even remotely strong to your niche, then it's dead. Internet article marketing isn't dead, it's just often unread and uninteresting because of its weak content. Doing an extra 10 to 20 minutes of research and pan out a rough copy will make the world of difference when people read your content. I always heard, CONTENT IS KING and that's true. Don't stuff keywords, but write naturally so that it can be easily read and naturally seen as a keyword. Take your time to write good solid articles from 400 to 800 words, and like I said, there's no way around it! You have to do the work!

Mistake #3: Spinning articles to similar to its original piece -

Now if you fixed the first two, you understand that people are looking for real content. Not something that's been spun with a few words and a few sentences moved around. Re-writing your article is the best advice you can get. Spinning works sometimes but you just end up duplicating the articles main points and it's essentially the same article written using different words. Readers don't want to see duplicates, they want unique strong internet articles that help them with their needs. And like that your need is to bring strong re-writes. This technique will help bring REAL customers to you, although it takes a lot more time, it is worth it friends!


In the end, only you know if you wrote a good article and only you will be proud of your own work. Help out the internet article marketing community and put out content people seek and want to read. It's inevitable if you watch out and follow the guidelines that you will get good constant traffic to you.
